For patients we are following the Commonwealth of Massachusetts guidelines and recommendations for travel in regards to quarantining and/or a negative PCR COVID test.
All patients receive a questionnaire and/or are asked questions regarding travel prior to their visit. On completion of the questionnaire you may be instructed to call the office if you have traveled. Please do so prior to your appointment. We will advise you on whether you should be seen in our office, a telehealth appointment or if rescheduling is recommended.
