Avery Fisher, CNM

“I cannot express how thankful I am for this woman! She was so supportive of me having a intervention free birth and advocated for me every appointment we had! She helped me get to 40 weeks to the day for my son and had the birth I wanted. He was born 10 lbs. and had the quickest recovery. So thankful for Avery and wish her the absolute best in life! If you need a midwife, ask for Avery!” -MD

- “She is the BEST!!!! It’s been three years since I’ve had a baby and she’ll always be so fresh in my mind during my experiences. So well deserved.” -CR

“Helped with my first delivery that was a battle, and she was fantastic! Cannot say enough great things about her!” -CR

“Avery is the best from starting my pregnancy journey to having two kids and still seeing her to this day. She is the best.” -RM

“Avery, thank you for delivering my first! What an incredible human, she was amazing and I wish I still lived nearby so she could deliver all my babies! Thank you for being YOU!” -LC

About

Avery discovered a passion for reproductive health and midwifery as a volunteer doula in rural Maine, drawn to midwifery’s focus on patient-centered, evidence based care. As a midwife, Avery is excited to partner with patients across the life spectrum to help them make informed decisions about their reproductive and gynecological health. When not in the office or on labor and delivery, Avery can be found exploring Boston with wife Lorna and spending time with family in coastal Maine.
