Payment Is Due At The Time Of Service Unless Other Arrangements Have Been Made

 Fees for obstetrical care or gynecological surgery should be discussed with the billing manager (978-371-1396) to arrange payment schedules. If you have insurance we will gladly process your forms, but we request that you pay your estimated portion when services are rendered. This includes deductibles and co-insurance.

Our office accepts cash, check and most major credit/debit cards.

Now accepting payments online! Just have your QuickPay Code, also known as Statement ID or Access Code, from your patient statement, then Sign In to pay online

ATTENTION:

Effective immediately if you have MassHealth PCC plan and are having any ultrasounds in our office and are not pregnant you will need to request a referral from your PCP otherwise these services will not be covered. Please ask your primary care for a referral to;
